Whitty Farms’ baking has become a very special component of our market offerings. Each season, baker Joanne Lenz (affectionately known as `Jo Pie`) makes hundreds of fresh fruit pies and tarts pies in addition to cookies, carrot cakes and other delectable baked goods. The new kitchen at the 13th Street Bakery & Marketplace will provide a year round kitchen for Joanne and her team enabling them to provide their famous pies and tarts to their loyal local customers and winery visitors all year round.
Baked goods may be ordered in advance and is strongly recommended for those busy weekends (Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). We can also prepare custom platters and gift baskets. Doors open 10am to 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday, January to May. 10am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday, June to December.
